It is a result of focusing on the perception that love is retracting from our experience.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ui_qtext_para u-ltr u-text-align--start\">Our experience gets shaped by how we direct our attention and with what intention we connect within ourselves. So, how you engage these while you become aware that you are stressed and when you are experiencing fear will determine what will happen with your energy system.
