Update for Previous Entry and a Few Days of Hard Work

by | Sep 1, 2014 | Blog Post

I ate a lot more that day. A local cheese desert and 2 local vegetarian meat (no meat but a lot of spices and stuff) rolls. And maybe more, I don’t remember exactly.

So, this daily intake software I used a few days ago.. It might be interesting to use, and useful to find out about deficiencies, but in the end, you experience your body’s needs and your desires, and what you eat is strongly influenced by them, if not controlled by them.

I will not adopt a calculating approach to what I eat but I will listen to my heart’s guidance on what I should eat. Yes, I give in to indulgences like cheese desert. But in the end I feel happier than suppressing them.

For some days I am working on the foundation of the small hut. I am sometimes frustrated with the idea of finishing the hut sooner and the desire to not to harm the small plants on the construction site. So I am now deciding to take it at ease, no matter if winter comes or not. I will go at my heart’s pace and at happiness’s pace. I have been applying this advice for today and so far I feel much more happier. I gave a break to a 1.5 days of focusing on building and came downtown to eat a cheese desert. I conversed with some people and friends and now I am blogging. Life is not one sided single minded focus on a single task always. Especially if a task is like building a hut. A hut is a hut, it can wait for my heart’s desire to continue.

Let me check my e-mail and Facebook and see if an expected message has arrived.
