How you can overcome ‘it’ depends on the nature of what you are experiencing. Every experience have lessons in it, once we grow through an experience and gain a deeper understanding about ourselves, we move on with our lives with other experiences. We overcome our problems by discovering and observing them from a higher level of consciousness where we can see how we are creating them in the first place and then consciously opting to live with the new understanding we have gained leading to the fading of the momentum related to our old understanding.
