Intermittent fasting

Living with a sense of responsibility that encompasses the whole world, even whole existence

Exercise (doing this in fresh air, open spaces, in nature has added bonuses)

Spending time in nature

You can also use social media, if you live consciously from your heart. This way your way of using social media will change from compulsively to consciously. From feeling separate unconsciously to embracing consciously.
