Mainly, I strive to focus on the spiritual heart and stay as awareness throughout the day. One can live from this state with much more ease while going about one’s day when one has practiced the same in sitting meditation. This state is further explained by the same enlightened spiritual teacher in all the teachings (videos, articles, etc) in www.channelhigherself.com.
The practice won’t be easily discernible when looking from outside. It is a very internal thing. For the observant, the noticeable effect over a longer time will be that the richness of life you are experiencing will be increasing and increasing. You will radiate this richness in your own way. When a person is truly happy, full of love, it shows in one way or another unless they make it a point to conceal it.. You can call this practice learning to live as our Higher Self , which is us in our depth. So, we are essentially learning to live as our true self, which is the most natural state to be in. When you are not hiding it, your state of being will be recognizable by anyone with openness, and it will be inspirational for them. I recognized the wonderful state of the enlightened teacher who is the creator of the resources in the references at 2010, after watching a few of his videos and having a channeling session with him. As time passed, he evolved too in expression, and my understanding of this state evolved to a deeper level too, as I worked on my path.
